This position requires an elevated level of mortgage loan processing experience, from the initial loan application stage through the loan completion stage, as this role requires a lot of understanding in various workflow processes and how to improve and streamline them. Administration of an enterprise LOS such as Encompass® 360 or equivalent. The Digital Mortgage Expert works closely with Clients to assess needs, with Project Managers to stay on track, and with the rest of their team to apply necessary broad-spectrum Encompass® functionality to meet vital business requirements.

Utilize Teamwork Project Management software daily to maintain detailed documentation within the project as well as daily documentation of time and hours.

Ability to maintain quality and high productivity when dealing with changing work demand.

Excellent customer service skills and telephone presence required with ability to demonstrate control and flexibility when dealing with difficult internal/external clients.

Ability to perform complex technological research work while being organized, acute attention to detail, high rate of accuracy with ability to multi-task and operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative in pursuing position responsibilities and department goals with an ability to recognize and act on changing priorities.

Facilitate monitoring the ongoing system health of Encompass® SDK functionality within the platform.

Assist in managing/maintaining workflow and business rules as applicable within the platform.

Analyze business challenges/opportunities to develop suitable business rules documentation, requirements, and specifications to then configure/modify Encompass® to meet those requirements.

Proficient in Encompass® programming of business rules, plug-ins, extract environment, alerts, tasks, hard stops, and other file flow checks & balances.

Ability to analyze issues at a root level as well as identify and implement solutions to prevent the issues in the future.

Proficient technical knowledge with the ability to communicate effectively to understand client problems and explain solutions.

5+ year understanding of mortgage regulatory requirements and their application to a general production workflow.

5+ year knowledge of the ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass® platform including advanced functions and programming/ coding.
